Dinner at Silo is like dining at a hip Manhattan restaurant. On the ground floor is an active martini bar ; an elevator must be taken up an old silo to get to the dining room. Famous for its chicken-fried oysters, the kitchen also makes a great osso buco, and for dessert chocolate soufflé cake.

Reservations are a must, but don't be surprised if you still have to wait for a table. Even Tim Duncan, a frequent visitor, waits.
